Welcome to new team member, Courtney Tottman – October 2023
Elecseed are pleased to welcome Senior Electrical Engineer Courtney Tottman to our Brisbane based team. Courtney is a proficient electrical engineer who also holds an electrical trade certificate as well as a Honors degree in Electrical Power and Industrial Computer Systems. He has 15 years’ experience in the electrical industry providing design, delivery and practical knowledge and has successfully designed, constructed, commissioned, and maintained numerous projects and sites from concept to handover across the resources, water and rail industries. We are delighted to have Courtney on board as we progress our renewable project portfolio.
Australia-Korea Critical Minerals Forum, Sydney – October 2023
Elecseed’s Chief Strategy Officer Kyu Hong Lee presented on the “Decarbonisation” and the “Closed Loop” between Australia and Korea at the 2023 Australia-Korea Critical Minerals and New Energy Forum in Sydney. The event, co-hosted by AKBC and KOTRA, was well received as both nations look to work closer together in the minerals and clean energy sectors. Elecseed continue to bridge the two nations for mutual benefit.
H2 Meet, South Korea – September 2023
Elecseed were present at the “”H2 Meet”” Hydrogen conference and trade show in Seoul in September with some of our Australian and Korean partners, including Hallett Group Pty Ltd, and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP).
Australian Hydrogen Researcher Network (AHRN), South Korea – September 2023
Elecseed are proud to have arranged, hosted and participated in a Hydrogen focused networking event at the Korea Press Centre in Seoul between the visiting AHRN and CSIRO delegation as well as Korean and Australian academia, research, government departments, private and listed enterprises, and subject matter specialists.
GMUSG Conference, South Australia – August 2023
Elecseed participated in the GMUSG Conference in South Australia to promote its Green Cement project in conjunction with Korea Hydro Nuclear Power. Chief Strategy Officer Kyu Hong Lee and Managing Director (Australia) Robert Saunders attended the event in Port Augusta.
Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy Research Reward – August 2023
Elecseed Chief Strategy Officer Kyu Hong Lee was proud to be presented with an award at the Korea Press Centre in Seoul recently in recognition of Elecseed’s contribution towards “Solar and Hydrogen Energy”.
Green Cement, Port Augusta – July 2023
Elecseed signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) and a statement of cooperation (SOC) for the production of green hydrogen for South Australia’s green cement manufacturing project with the South Australian State Government
Korea Hydrogen Study Tour – June 2023
Elecseed hosted a Hydrogen study tour in June 2023, visiting several operational hydrogen projects in the Republic of Korea, including Jeju Island. The tour took in several hydrogen refuelling facilities, production facilities, wind farms and manufacturers, including a round table with the Gyeongsangnam-do Province and the local manufacturers.
Elecseed in the Community – June 2023
For the 2023 season we are sponsoring the Capalaba Bulldogs Children’s under 15s Football team in Queensland. The club was formed in 1972 and now has several teams in the league. Supporting children in sport is something we are very proud to be a part of. Capalaba is part of the Brisbane conurbation and close to the wonderful Stradbroke Island.
Gyeongsangnam-Do Provincial Government Delegation Visit – May 2023
It was a pleasure to host the Vice Governor of the Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Government in our Brisbane office along with other officials and manufacturers including their province’s agricultural research centre and Hydrogen division. It was a very informative discussion for mutual benefit.
